Some Ghanaian netizens, some of whom claimed to be Shatta Wale’s fans, have not taken it likely on the dancehall king for taking a swipe at the Ghanaian Music industry.
Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, professionally known as Shatta Wale is a critic of the Ghanaian music industry, always making the headlines for his controversial comments.
After congratulating fellow artist Asake for filling up the 02 Arena last Sunday, the King of Dancehall and Afrobeat decided to make mockery of the industry he belongs to.
This, some Ghanaian netizens did not take kindly at as they call him names.

Meanwhile, Mixtic RomRas, a Ghanaian music critic and promoter, believes “Shatta wale is no longer focusing on the core product, music and music business and music promotion and artiste grooming.
He is now a Critic, mini blogger, content creator and doing my industry policing job”.
According to him, even though it is not an entirely wrong thing to do, he should not have shifted attention from all the 275 songs Shatta has released this year, making him look more like someone who breeds michief and indulges in controversies.
