The Ashaiman Youth Choir of the Apostles Revelation Society (ARS) pays a day visit to Rev. Apostle Charles Kwame Attipoe, the Administrator of the church in Tadzewu in the Ketu North Municipality of the Volta Region on Saturday, 19th July, 2025.
The visit was to have time with the ninety-four year old administrator of the church and to seek his blessing. The thirty member choir arrived in Tadzewu at 9:00am at the residence of the leader. In attendance were elders of the church, children of Rev. Apostle Charles Kwame Attipoe and friends.
The choir entertained the nonagenarian with melodious choral music filled with motivational and spiritual uplifting words. The choir also presented twenty-one cartons of medium bottles of Bel Aqua (treated bottle water) to the Administrator as a gift from the choir to the leader. The choir prayed for good health and God’s protection for the Apostle.
In his speech of gratitude, Rev. Apostle Charles Kwame Attipoe who was full of excitement was also grateful to the choir for the visit. He said it was a big surprise to him for the group to travel all the way from Ashaiman to Tadzewu because of him. This he said the choir has done well making reference to a folk song by the legend Hesinorga Vinorkor Akpalu that “ the dead cannot dance and that it is living that can dance”, this he said the choir has really proved to him and to the world that it will not be during his funeral that they will have shown such love to him. This he said is a testament that the choir has shown true love that Christ has taught them. Rev. Attippoe admonished the choir to be steadfast in their faith and to be good christians. He prayed for the group and wished them a safe trip back to Ashaiman.
Hon. Patrick Meli Attipoe, a son of the Apostle who is also the Assembly Member for Tadzewu Electoral Area on behalf of his siblings thanked the choir for the show of love to their father and the leader of the church. He also wished members of the choir well in all their endeavours.
